An “elanio” (black-winged kite) is an elegant, agile bird of prey whose name has inspired the Ferratus rosé wine.

Elanio is strongly fruity and complex when tasted, with hints of red berries, citrus peel, smokiness, walnuts and dry earth.

Its long palate and corpulence, difficult to find in a rosé, together with its refreshing acidity and floral, cocoa and nutmeg touches, make Elanio an ideal fresh companion to an aperitif or with pasta, rice, salads or an exotic sushi.
